Shipping & Delivery Polic
Shipping Options:
Free Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10–25 business days
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days
Order Production & Processing:
Most of our flower walls are custom-made by hand after your order is placed, using only the highest quality materials. If your item is already in stock at one of our warehouses, it may ship sooner.
Processing Time: up to 5–15 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Shipping Delays & Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver every order on time, once a package leaves our facility and is handed off to a carrier (such as FedEx or UPS), we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Carrier issues
Internal freight transitions
Customs clearance
Weather or natural events
High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays)
Unforeseen circumstances outside of our control
Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed. We do not issue refunds for delays once an item has been shipped.
We strive to meet our timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors, including platform disruptions, customs/boarder delays or shipping carrier issues.
Shipping & Tracking Updates
We ship via FedEx and UPS for final delivery. However, please note the following about our logistics process:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it first travels on our internal international transport vehicle for 5–15 business days.
During this time, tracking information will not immediately update.
Once your order reaches the closest major city to your delivery address, tracking will activate/update, and your order will typically be delivered by FedEx or UPS within 2–3 business days.
If tracking seems inactive, this does not mean your order hasn’t shipped—it is likely still in transit via our private carrier network due to being large items. We appreciate your patience during this part of the shipping journey.
Important Notice for USA Orders
Due to recent U.S. import regulation changes and increased tariffs, orders shipping to the United States may experience extended delays of approximately 30–50+ days. This only affects U.S. orders; all other international shipments are currently unaffected as of February 1, 2025. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.
Refused Deliveries & Return Policy
If an order is refused at delivery, or if the customer chooses not to accept the shipment, the item will be considered non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for shipments that are refused upon delivery. This policy is in place to protect against fraudulent claims and unauthorized returns.

Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
